They screwed me over

This app has not given me my weapons, items, gems, coins and silver
I lost
I paid 100 plus dollars for these items and recently had to start all the way over to play again.
None of my original game was restored none of my items or weapons.
They have been giving me a run around to send them pics of my receipt
Done it 10 times and Im tired of it
Im on the verge of suing
